This empowers financial institutions, neobanks, and corporations to swiftly and efficiently access digital asset markets.
- Design and refine the go-to-market strategy, encompassing target client segmentation, channel and distribution strategy, resource allocation, and more.
- Develop a sales organization structure aligned with the go-to-market strategy, ensuring achievement of revenue goals outlined in the business plan.
- Create an organizational structure with incentivization models spanning sales, account management, and pre-sales.
- Establish and manage the end-to-end revenue generation process, monitoring controls, and implementing transparency instruments, including reports and alerts.
- Plan and operationalize annual revenue targets based on segments, geographies, and products.
- Build, manage, and evolve a high-performing sales team in alignment with company objectives and values.
- Collaborate with the CEO and Head of Sales on strategic sales accounts.
- Partner with CPO and product leaders to offer customer-driven feedback and direction for building products aligned with customer needs.
- Monitor and manage the revenue pipeline, ensuring financial visibility and assessing potential delivery risks.
- Continuously enhance interfaces and alignment with the CPO, product owners, and other functional groups to optimize revenue generation effectiveness and efficiency.
- Act as the senior executive sponsor for critical client relationships, serving as an ambassador and trusted advisor for future Board and ExCo client stakeholders.

Qualifications / Knowledge
- Sales Operations: Demonstrated leadership in rigorous, quantitative, metrics-driven sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, process management, performance management, analytics, and reporting.
- Expertise: Proven success leading a global recurring revenue sales team, specializing in closing complex enterprise sales and major account relationship management using consultative solution selling methodologies.
- Domain: Grounded background with customers in investment management, investment banks, and/or neobanks, showcasing success in leading recurring revenue from long-term strategic relationships in the financial services sector.
- Scope/Scale/Tenure: Over 15 years as a software, content, and data leader in a rapidly growing technology company, leading a scaling revenue sales organization with a global team.
- Results: High confidence in the ability to strategically lead the team and achieve year-on-year growth in revenue based on a proven track record.
- Strategy: Prior responsibility for developing the strategic go-to-market plan, including segmentation, competitive analysis, account targeting, alliance strategy, pricing strategy, and sales organization design.
- Understanding of compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
