Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist the Production department with tasks related to resourcing by monitoring requests, obtaining & confirming outside resources, and tracking trends.
- Support producers with organizing schedules, milestones, and deliverables, and facilitating vendor and licensing logistics.
- Help facilitate the management of projects and resources in tools like Monday, Harvest, and Forecast.
- Coordinate with Client Partners and Producers to ensure potential projects are/can be properly staffed, identify key personnel dependencies, and monitor company-wide utilization.

Integrity Programs Lead Responsibilities:
Lead programs, such as the DPA (Data Protection Assessment) for VR developers overseeing the end-to-end process, including updating the process and assessment form as needed

What you bring:
- You have at least 7-10+ years of relevant experience as an individual contributor on an in-house product design team.
