Luffa Rebrands as AI × Web3 Super Connector to Bridge Digital Fragmentation

Luffa, a Hong Kong-based intelligent ecosystem platform, has officially unveiled a major brand upgrade, repositioning itself as the AI × Web3 Super Connector. The rebrand marks the company’s evolution into what it describes as a new-generation infrastructure powered by AI agents, designed to address critical gaps in today’s fragmented digital landscape where identities remain siloed, AI lacks autonomous capabilities, and value flows are trapped within closed ecosystems.

The platform aims to solve four layers of digital fragmentation: identity, intelligence, value, and trust. By equipping AI agents with sovereign identity, independent wallets, and autonomous execution capabilities, Luffa seeks to enable artificial intelligence to function as a full economic participant rather than a passive tool. This follows a pattern seen in related market analysis of how emerging technologies are reshaping financial infrastructure and economic participation models.

According to Michael Liu, CEO of Luffa, the current state of AI development leaves significant gaps. “AI is becoming the core productive force of the digital world, yet today’s AI lacks identity, execution capability, and trust,” Liu stated. “With its new positioning as the AI × Web3 Super Connector, Luffa equips AI with sovereign identity and economic capabilities, empowering every individual and organization to achieve value sovereignty through intelligence.”

The platform operates through three core pillars designed to create closed-loop systems. The Community pillar leverages decentralized identifiers (DID) for sovereign identity, AI agent empowerment, and on-chain governance enabling decentralized autonomous organizations. The Content pillar transforms channels into programmable, tradable value containers supporting creator influence tokenization and tiered monetization models. The Aggregation pillar connects applications through the SuperBox open mini-program ecosystem, multi-chain wallets, intent-based payments, and multi-agent commercial protocols.

Luffa’s technical infrastructure places AI agents at the ecosystem’s center with three foundational capabilities. AI-Driven Sovereign Identity provides unified, controllable DIDs for both humans and AI, ensuring traceability of identity, reputation, and behavior. End-to-End AI Operations automate community management, content distribution, task coordination, risk assessment, and intelligent copy-trading. AI Autonomous Transactions and Collaboration enable agents to independently hold wallets, initiate transactions, conduct automated negotiations, and execute atomic settlements as full economic actors.

The upgrade introduces several core technical enhancements. An AI Agent Autonomous Runtime Environment provides independent identity, wallet, long-term memory, and controllable permissions for seamless transaction execution and governance. A Verifiable AI layer addresses hallucination and trust issues through output verification, compliant processes, and tamper-proof data. AI-Powered Full-Scenario Coverage spans prediction markets, mini-games, real-world assets, creator economy, and community governance with one-click AI empowerment. The Open SuperBox Ecosystem offers Lego-style extensibility allowing developers to rapidly launch applications and invoke core capabilities.

Luffa has demonstrated significant traction in its market expansion. As of February 2026, the platform reported over 3 million global downloads, 2 million registered users, and more than 150,000 daily active users. Core products are live with high engagement across AI prediction markets, AI mini-games, community governance, and creator economy scenarios, according to data from Cointelegraph.

The company’s 2026 roadmap focuses on AI-driven prediction markets and intelligent derivatives to establish itself as a leading intelligent trading platform. Luffa positions this infrastructure as aligned with Hong Kong and global trends in financial technology, intelligent compliance, and asset tokenization, offering institutions and individuals a secure gateway to the next-generation digital economy.

The rebrand represents Luffa’s transition from an application platform to an AI-native operating system. By positioning AI as a core participant and value creator in the digital economy rather than a peripheral tool, the platform aims to shift the global digital economy from an attention-based model toward what it describes as a true ownership economy driven by intelligent autonomous agents and verifiable value creation.
