Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies tailored specifically to the Web3 market.
  • Establish and manage an exclusive database of influencers in the Web3 domain to ensure extensive and effective coverage for various campaign requirements.
  • Identify, engage, and negotiate collaborations with influencers across various platforms, including Twitter, YouTube, Telegram, Debank, and Farcaster.
  • Collaborate closely with the content and social media teams to craft cohesive and impactful campaigns that resonate with both our clients’ brands and the influencers’ audiences.
  • Track and evaluate the performance of influencer campaigns, offering insights and suggestions to enhance ROI and achieve KPIs.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and influencers within Web3 spaces to keep our strategies innovative and efficient.
  • Cultivate enduring relationships with influencers and thought leaders in the industry, fostering strong bonds for long-term partnerships.
  • Coordinate with the sales and business development teams to leverage influencer partnerships for client acquisition and retention.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in influencer marketing, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience, particularly within the crypto, blockchain, or Web3 sectors.
  • Established network of contacts or the capability to build a comprehensive database of relevant influencers.
  • Solid comprehension of the crypto and Web3 ecosystems, encompassing key platforms, trends, and community dynamics.
  • Understanding how allocations work.
  • Proven negotiation and relationship management skills, evidenced by successful influencer collaborations.
  • Proficiency in analyzing campaign data to derive actionable insights for strategic planning and ROI optimization.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to pair influencer partnerships with innovative campaign concepts.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex concepts.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach, coupled with the capacity to work independently and take initiative.
