Who We’re Looking For

Zora is seeking a Senior Product Designer to craft and deliver high-quality decentralized products for the web3 ecosystem. This role calls for a creative and seasoned designer with strong design skills and a deep understanding of decentralized application design principles. The Senior Product Designer will collaborate closely with the design team, cross-functional teams, and users to develop and refine product designs.

What You’ll Do

• Design high-quality features for decentralized and web3 applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to align design projects with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
• Create wireframes, low/high fidelity mockups, and prototypes.
• Proactively conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions.
• Actively communicate design strategy to the broader design team and organization.
• Stay current with the latest design trends and best practices.
• Utilize design tools such as Figma, Framer, and other platforms to produce high-quality visual designs.
• Manage design projects from concept to launch.
• Provide and advocate for feedback that enhances the quality of the user experience at Zora.

Skills We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of web3 technologies, including blockchain and smart contracts.
• Excellent visual design skills.
• Familiarity with design principles for mobile and web applications.
• Proven leadership in non-product areas, contributing to team strength and positive work environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest design trends and technologies.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Strong understanding of user research and testing methodologies.

We’d Love It If You Had

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in a product design role, including team leadership experience.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma and other design platforms.
• A deep understanding of the industry and target market.
• A proven track record of creating high-quality, user-centered products and leading design teams to deliver successful projects.
