Growth Lead at Coinshift:

Coinshift is at the forefront of innovation in crypto treasury management. They are seeking a Growth Lead to help scale their platform and expand their user base. This role will be hands-on and involve various aspects of growth, from individual contributor work to developing growth strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Coinshift’s business development efforts, fostering partnerships and collaborations that contribute to the company’s growth.
  • Cultivate strong relationships and strategic partnerships with key industry players to build a supportive business ecosystem.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market growth strategy.
  • Optimize the sales funnel, implementing data-driven strategies to boost conversion rates and accelerate growth.
  • Establish, manage, and oversee Coinshift’s sales process.
  • Take charge of enhancing and supervising the customer success function to ensure smooth user onboarding and satisfaction while retaining existing clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the leadership team on the monetization strategy.
  • Work in close alignment with the marketing team to synchronize sales and marketing strategies for maximum impact.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a growth-focused role within a B2B tech startup.
  • 2+ years of experience in crypto/web3.
  • Demonstrated success in a growth role at an early-stage startup.
  • Proficiency in building, managing, and mentoring high-performing sales and customer success teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of establishing robust relationships with partners and clients.
  • Experience in developing and improving growth-related processes.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Active listening skills, with the ability to empathize with clients and understand their pain points.

Interview Process for Growth Lead

  2. Technical Assessment (Part 1) – Strategy Presentation: Candidates will complete a strategy document outlining their approach to acquiring users through Coinshift Apps.
  3. Technical Assessment (Part 2) – Demo: Successful candidates from Part 1 will conduct a demo and pitch of Coinshift apps aimed at securing partnerships.
  4. Culture Fit Round (1 hour): A conversation to assess cultural fit with the company and values to ensure alignment with the working environment.
